SoulNest provides doorstep beauty, wellness, spa, relaxation, and other personal-care services. Services are subject to availability based on location, time slot, and availability of service professionals.

• Customers must provide correct name, mobile number, address, and booking details. • A booking is confirmed only after confirmation from SoulNest. • Service professionals may be changed depending on availability. • Customers must provide a safe and suitable environment for doorstep services.

• Customers must pay the price shown at the time of booking. • Payments may be made through available online payment methods or other payment options provided by SoulNest. • Additional services requested during an appointment may be charged separately.

• Customers are requested to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 4 hours before the scheduled time. • Late cancellations may attract a cancellation charge. • If a customer is unavailable after the service professional reaches the location, the booking may be treated as completed/cancelled and charges may apply.

Refunds may be provided if: • SoulNest cancels the booking and cannot provide an alternative; • A duplicate payment is made; or • A genuine service issue is verified by SoulNest. Approved refunds will normally be initiated within 5–7 working days.

Customers must treat SoulNest service professionals with dignity and respect. SoulNest has zero tolerance for harassment, inappropriate behaviour, abuse, threats, sexual misconduct, or violence. A service professional has the right to immediately stop the service and leave the location if they feel unsafe. SoulNest reserves the right to permanently block customers involved in serious misconduct.

SoulNest service professionals are expected to: • Maintain professional behaviour; • Follow hygiene and safety standards; • Respect customer privacy; • Provide only authorised services; and • Avoid requesting unauthorised payments. Any inappropriate behaviour should be reported immediately to SoulNest.

Customers should inform the service professional about allergies, injuries, pregnancy, skin sensitivity, recent surgery, or other relevant conditions before starting a service. SoulNest wellness services are intended for general wellness and relaxation and are not a substitute for professional medical treatment or diagnosis.

Customers are requested to report service-related complaints within 24 hours of the appointment. SoulNest will review the complaint and provide an appropriate resolution depending on the circumstances.

Discounts, coupons, referral benefits, and promotional offers are subject to their respective validity and conditions. Offers cannot be exchanged for cash.

SoulNest may suspend or block an account in cases of: • Fraudulent bookings; • Payment fraud; • Abuse or harassment; • Misuse of offers; • Repeated fake bookings; or • Violation of these Terms.

SoulNest will make reasonable efforts to provide safe and professional services. However, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, emergencies, professional availability, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights available to customers under applicable law.

SoulNest may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be made available on the website and/or app.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Applicable disputes will be handled in accordance with Indian law and applicable consumer-protection requirements.
